Book with peace of mind

We want you to be able to reserve and enjoy without any worries. That is why our terms are fair and transparent, with no surprises afterwards.

Payment

After your booking you will receive a payment request within two days for 50% of the total amount. This is to be paid within two days. If you book within 30 days of your check-in date, you will immediately receive a request for the full amount.

The remaining 50% must be received in our account no later than 30 days before arrival. This only applies if you have booked more than 30 days in advance.

Cancellation

Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge. The full amount will then be refunded.

For a cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. Any overpaid amount will be refunded.

For a cancellation within 14 days of the check-in date, no refund will be given.

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance, so you are always protected against unexpected circumstances.

Pets

Your faithful four-legged friend is very welcome, by arrangement and for a small surcharge of €12.50 per day. You can bring a maximum of two pets.

Seasons and rates

Our rates are based on three seasons.

The low season runs from November through March, with the exception of public holidays and school holidays.

The mid season covers April through June and the month of October, also with the exception of public holidays and school holidays.

The high season runs from July through September.

Public holidays such as New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, King's Day, Ascension Day, Whitsun and Christmas always fall under the high season rate. The same applies to the May holiday, summer holiday, autumn holiday and Christmas holiday.

Privacy

When making a reservation request we ask for your first name, email address and telephone number. We use this information solely for processing your reservation and communication regarding your stay. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary, in accordance with the GDPR. Under the GDPR you have the right to view, correct or have your data deleted. You can contact us for this via the contact form or by email.
