Payment and cancellation conditions:
The following payment and cancellation conditions apply to all our accommodations:
After the booking confirmation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount
The remaining amount must be credited to our account no later than 14 days before the check-in date
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before check-in date (the (deposit) payment will be refunded)
In case of cancellation from 30 days to 14 days before the check-in date, you owe 50% of the total amount. (The overpaid amount will be refunded)
If canceled from 14 days before the check-in date, no refund will be made.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
Definition of booking seasons:
The booking seasons are defined as follows:
Low season: November to March, excluding holidays and weekends.
High season: July to September
Public holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter (1st and 2nd Easter day), King’s Day, Liberation Day (once every 5 years), Ascension, Whitsun (1st and 2nd Pentecost) and Christmas (1st and 2nd Christmas Day)Holidays: spring break, May break, summer break, autumn break and Christmas break
